Syncy is a product operated by MindValley LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Syncy", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and platform. Questions: sales@syncy.tech.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers (a) visitors to syncy.tech, and (b) business customers who use the Syncy platform to manage their own customer conversations ("Customers"). For messages and contacts that our Customers handle through Syncy, the Customer is the data controller and Syncy acts as a data processor on their behalf — see our Data Processing Addendum.

4. WhatsApp & Meta

Syncy connects to the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When a Customer connects their WhatsApp Business Account, message delivery and related data are also governed by Meta's terms and privacy policies. Syncy uses this access only to deliver the inbox and messaging features the Customer has enabled. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Syncy is an independent provider not endorsed by Meta.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Customers can request export or deletion of their data at any time; on account closure we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and tenant isolation to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry standards and notify affected parties and regulators of qualifying breaches as required by law.

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and Saudi PDPL), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact sales@syncy.tech. End customers of our Customers should contact that business directly, as the controller of their data.

9. International transfers

Syncy operates internationally, and data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

Syncy is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
